We are Ruth and Steve, Directors at SuccessWave Consulting, where we specialise in helping organisations thrive through tailored administrative support, project management, change management and leadership coaching. With a combined experience of over 20 years, we are passionate about empowering businesses and individuals to unlock their full potential.

Ruth brings over 10 years of expertise in administration, having most recently worked within the NHS. Her love for structure and organisation drives her to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, Ruth is dedicated to her family, and when she gets some free time, you’ll find her enjoying a day of shopping—on her own!

Steve focuses on leadership development through SuccessWave Coaching, alongside managing project and change management services. He’s deeply passionate about helping people and organisations navigate complex transitions. When he’s not working with clients, Steve enjoys spending quality time with his family. If he manages to carve out some "me time," you’ll find him at the beach—surfing or paddleboarding, where he feels happiest and most connected.
